A variation of Elena’s personal practice, this sequence is stacked with postures, twists, quick transitions, and plenty of Vinyasas and Salutations. Start with a standing flow with revolved poses and balances, then move to the floor for Pigeon, ab work, backbends, seated and supine twists, and seated forward folds.
