This Vinyasa class focuses on twisting from the rotational muscles in your spine and core to take a more functional approach to your practice. You’ll flow through lots of revolved postures standing and seated, core work, a good amount of arm balances, and backbends or forward folds to finish. Postures include Revolved Crescent, Planks, Astavakrasana (Eight-Angle Pose), Boat Pose, Side Crow, and Eka Pada Koundinyasana I (arm balance). This class previously aired on May 22, 2024.
