Enjoy a slow, steady pace as you move through strong postures held for three to five breaths each, with reminders to release with each exhalation. Poses include Parsvottanasana (Pyramid), Warrior III, Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana (Revolved Half Moon), Parivrtta Trikonasana (Revolved Triangle), Plank holds, backbends, and Savasana.
