Throughout the breath-led practice, you’ll find a sense of quiet that helps to release any heaviness (emotionally and physically). Poses include Uttanasana (Standing Forward Fold), Warrior III, Chair, Plank, and Lizard, then finish with Bananasana and Pashchimottanasana (Seated Forward Fold).
