This relaxing class is designed for before menstruation, helping to move energy and relieve PSM symptoms. Using healing sounds, acupressure, light shaking, and gentle joint movements, you’ll release stagnation in the liver and soothe emotions. More Qigong techniques include the Taoist Five, practices for the heart, and moving Qi through the belt vessel. This class previously aired on May 21, 2024.
