This mindful, strengthening Barre class activates your muscles in a slow-moving sequence to focus on control, balance, and form. All Fours glute and hip work, a side-lying outer thigh series, an Arabesque series, Planks, and standing arm work will bring the burn to your entire body. Weights and a small stability ball are used to increase activation. This class previously aired on May 27, 2024.
