Prepare your mind and body for a good night’s rest in this gentle Hatha practice that utilizes Restorative postures to open your shoulders and release your hips. Find relaxation in Child’s Pose, Sphinx, Down Dog, Janu Sirsasana (Head-To-Knee Forward Fold), Viparita Karani (Legs Up The Wall), and Reclined Twist to get ready to drift into dreamland.
