This practice starts with a strengthening, brisk Vinyasa sequence followed by a short series of Yin postures at a wall. You’ll let go of dense energy in your body, mind, and heart to finish feeling grounded and stable. The flow includes Sun Salutations, Chair Pose, Plank, Half Moon, and strong standing postures. Then, find calm and nourishment with Gomukhasana, Seated Forward Fold, Legs Up The Wall, and more stretchy Yin poses. This class previously aired on May 6, 2024.
