This Vinyasa practice prepares your body to peak in Kapotasana (King Pigeon Pose), a deep kneeling backbend. You’ll explore a backbend-focused sequence to support the range of motion in your shoulders and hips, flowing through Bridge Pose, Low Lunge, High Lunge, Camel Pose, Wheel Pose, and, of course, Kapotasana.
