Don’t be fooled by low-impact moves! This HIIT class is a quick way to get a heart-pumping, sweaty workout. Warm up, then work your entire body in a repeated series of exercises at 45 seconds on and 15 seconds of rest, including Step Backs, Squat Pulses, Step Outs, Push Up to Push Backs, Sit Ups, and Criss Cross.
