It can be common for our hips to hold deep-seated tension. This class focuses on loosening that tension by moving the hip joints through different ranges of motion. Start with Half Happy Baby and Supta Padangusthasana (Reclined Hand-To-Big-Toe Pose), then flow steadily through Half Splits, Gate Pose, and Lizard before landing in Butterfly and Deer poses.
