Take Pilates basics up a notch with resistance, strength, and glider moves blended in. This full-on fiery fusion workout starts with a classical mat warm-up, then challenges you in Lunge with Bicep Curl, Power Lunge, Side Lunge with Row, Snake Plank, Tricep Push Ups, and Bear Plank, all using weights and gliders for that extra boost.
