This practice combines the best of both worlds — heat-building and relaxation. Start by warming up with strong hip-opening postures, then wind down with shoulder and leg stretches to relieve tension. Postures include High Lunge, Fallen Triangle, Side Plank, Wild Thing, Extended Side Angle, and One-Legged Plank. This class previously aired on June 28, 2024.
