This calming Hatha practice allows your mind to rest through a grounding, strengthening sequence. Warm up with Bird Dog, then move steadily through Crescent, Chair Pose, Warrior II, Squat, and Uttanasana (Forward Fold) variations before moving to the floor for Pascimottanasana (Seated Forward Fold), Bridge, Supine Twist, and brief breathwork to finish.
