Enjoy a series of seated postures with some standing (options to stay seated) to stretch, open, and strengthen. Move slowly, synchronizing your breath with movement in spinal flexion, arm rotations, Forward Fold, Seated Twist, (seated) Down Dog, (seated) Pyramid Pose, and a hip opener before finishing in meditation.
