Start with a heart-opening Fish Pose, then move into lower-body and back-focused postures, including Reclined Twist, Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle or Butterfly Pose), Parivrtta Janu Sirsasana (Revolved Head-To-Knee Pose), Supta Padangusthasana (Reclined Hand-To-Big-Toe Pose), and Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Fold).
