This fiery fusion workout combines strengthening exercises with stretching to keep your muscles strong and limber. Move mindfully through Crescent Lunges, Down Dog to Planks, standing outer thigh work, standing oblique exercises, Bridge, Pilates Push Ups, and a Pilates ab series.
