This Vinyasa practice enhances joy for better health and well-being. As Jo says, “Increase your intake of Vitamin J!” You’ll flow through a fluid sequence with gentle movements, strong moments, and humming techniques. Start in seated meditation, then glide through Sun Salutation C, Dancer Pose, a twisting sequence, dancing elements, fun arm balances, and Wheel Pose, then hip openers to cool down.
