Welcome to Jason’s Healthy Aging Series! This second installment increases mobility in your hips, shoulders, and spine, leaving you feeling fresh and comfortable. Enjoy a seamless flow with lots of dynamic movements in side bends and twists, Eagle and Gomukhasana arm variations, Lunge Salutations, and Locust. This class previously aired on March 13, 2024. This is the second class of Jason’s four-class Healthy Aging Series, designed to support longevity, well-being, and vitality as the body matures.
