This first installment provides effective methods to build long-lasting strength in your whole body, emphasizing the glutes, core, spinal muscles, and shoulders. Flow through an energizing sequence with Bird Dog variations, Forearm and Side Plank, Locust Pose, Lunge Salutations, Warrior I and II with arm variations, and One-Legged Bridge. This class previously aired on March 6, 2024. This is the first class of Jason’s four-class Healthy Aging Series, designed to support longevity, well-being, and vitality as the body matures.
