This higher-intensity Vinyasa practice takes you through a warming flow, and then the final ten minutes of class are full of jumping, shaking, and the option to make noises. It creates a cathartic, joyful experience to release tension and frustration. Start with Cat/Cow, Locust, Lunge, and Skandasana before shaking out your entire body and finishing in Reclined Cobbler’s Pose. This class previously aired on March 10, 2024.
