Work your legs, arms, and core thoroughly in this fun and effective Barre class that utilizes props and compound movements. Start by waking up your body with Plié to stretch, then sweat through Hamstring Curl, Lunge with Tricep Extension, Roll Down with Bicep Curl, and Plank with Tricep Extension.
