This low-impact workout mixes modalities (think: HIIT with yoga and Barre) to challenge your strength, stamina, balance, and flexibility while remaining gentle and mindful. Start with a warm-up, get your heart rate up, then end with a stretch. Highlights include Plank, a weight series, Pilés, standing oblique exercises, Kickboxing, Crescent Lunges, and Arabesque.
