This feel-good practice opens your body and grounds your energy with energizing movements and an uplifting, heart-opening kriya. It’s perfect anytime you desire to connect with yourself and feel whole. Start with a Vinyasa-style warm-up with Down Dog, Crescent, and Humble Warrior, followed by a simple kriya with standing Breath of Fire and seated breath-led movements. This class previously aired on January 31, 2023. This is the final of five classes in Kia’s Joyful Living Series, which guides you into the new year (and any transition) with breathwork, meditation, movement, and Kundalini yoga practices. This series is designed as a weekly progression, with each class intended for one week at a time. We recommend completing one class each week, practicing at least once before moving on to the next class.
