Welcome to Cardio! This introductory class takes you through essential exercises, including Jumping Jacks, Mountain Climbers, Walk Outs, Crunches, Bicycles, and Lateral Lunges to increase your cardiovascular endurance and strength. Even though this class is beginner-friendly, you’ll still get an excellent full-body workout. It’s a perfect class to stack with a yoga flow or other exercise routine.
