This challenging mixed-modality class focuses equally on Barre, Strength, Pilates, and Cardio exercises to build strength and endurance. Get a full-body burn in Bicep Curls, Squats with Overhead Press, Tricep Kick Backs, cross-body core work, and various Lifts.
