Inspired by the fire element, this practice builds heat, activates the solar plexus, and stokes your inner flame with core strengthening and fun arm balances. Start with Kapalabhati Pranayama (Breath of Fire), then flow through One-Arm Plank, Wild Thing, Tolasana (Scale Pose), Bramacharyasana (L-Sit Arm Balance), Crow Pose, and Visvamitrasana (a challenging arm balance).
