“HIIT” all the spots in this kickboxing workout that elevates your heart rate, tones your muscles, and is sure to make you sweat. You’ll focus on form and muscle activation while moving nonstop through a few punching series, kick series, Planks, and outer thigh-burning exercises. Strap on ankle weights to intensify each move.
