This mindful mixed-modality workout starts slow and then intensifies, increasing your heart rate and inducing a good sweat. Warm up with yoga sculpt moves leading into All Fours, standing ballet/Barre work, a cardio series, a thigh-burning series, Planks, and Pilates ab exercises while engaging your core throughout.
