This all-level class introduces the basic concepts for inversions, specifically Handstand, helping to equip you with the confidence and skill to go upside down. Start slowly in Reclined Hand-To-Big-Toe Pose, then welcome breathwork and core strength in Chair Pose, Tree Pose, and Sun Salutations before trying Handstand (wall optional).
