This class explores how the breath impacts the mind, body, and movement and shares gratitude for the breath in general. In a relaxing yet energizing Vinyasa flow with Revolved Lunge, Pyramid Pose, Half Splits, and Compass Pose, practice Sama Vrtti Pranayama (Box Breathing), Ujjayi Pranayama (Victorious or Ocean Breath), Sitali Pranayama (Cooling Breath), and Rechaka Pranayama (Long Exhale Breathing). This class previously aired on November 20, 2023. Please note: This class is not recommended for those who are pregnant as it features a breathwork technique that holds the breath, which is contraindicated during pregnancy. Prenatal yoga is for those who have a low-risk pregnancy and have gotten the green light from a doctor or midwife to practice.
