Uplevel your cardiovascular strength and endurance in this workout that “climbs” through the class. Progress through five rounds with six cardio moves each, and with each new round, the exercise duration increases from 15 seconds to 60 seconds. Moves include Jacks, Squats, Side Shuffles, High Knees, Squat Jumps, and Sit Ups. This class previously aired on November 7, 2023.
