This class gives you the right amount of movement to calm your mind and the space you need to release tension. Flow through dynamic Vinyasas to warm up, practice strengthening standing postures, and then settle down into long Yin-style holds. Postures include Triangle, Standing Spits, Tree Pose, Reclined Hand-To-Big-Toe Pose, Frog Pose, and Reclined Butterfly. This class previously aired on October 31, 2023.
