This practice takes you through a strong Vinyasa sequence leading to a brief Savasana, pranayama (breathwork), and visualization meditation. You’ll build heat and sweat as you flow through Crescent Moon, Side Plank, Half Moon, Side Angle, Dolphin, and Sun Salutations (with an eyes-closed challenge), then activate your third eye with Alternate Nostril Breath and Ajna Center meditation.
