This slow flow unwinds tension in the entirety of your hips, from the hip flexors to the outer hips and hamstrings. Follow a controlled pace through Double Pigeon, Malasana (Squat), Half Split, Gomukhasana, and more hip-focused poses with time to linger in each one.
