This practice is designed to encourage deep relaxation after your body has been stimulated, like after a big day running around or a long day at work. Move steadily through Half Split, Lizard Lunge, Revolved Twist, Seated Forward Fold, Shoulderstand, and Supine Twist using a block and strap for support.
