This class leaves you stronger, elevated, and energized. You’ll work through Pilates fusion exercises and some Barre work, including Marches, Chair Pose, Hundred, an ab series, and Donkey Kicks, to finish feeling holistically uplifted. Add light weights (no more than 3 lbs.) to increase the intensity. This class previously aired on October 2, 2023.
