We’re thrilled to debut Amy's Pilates Reformer Series! Though this routine is designed to be done on a reformer, modifications are offered for mat Pilates. Lengthen and tone your legs in this challenging, fun workout that includes Loop Leg work, supine inner and outer thigh work, Bridge work, a Developé series, calf work, glute work, and stretching.
