This unique class applies yogic principles and foundations to an Indian martial arts practice that shares roots with yoga. You’ll build hip mobility and engage your glutes and large leg muscles in a dynamic, fast-paced fusion flow that includes breathwork (Kalari Pranayama), Sun Salutations, strength training techniques, and Dandasana (Staff Pose).
