This slow flow helps regain flexibility and strength in your ankles to improve Lunge postures and Malasana (Squat). Follow a controlled pace through Legs Up The Wall, Table Top, Low Lunge, Half Splits, and Frog Pose with ankle variations sprinkled in. Though gentle, this practice can also be slightly challenging.
