This slow flow explores the concept of being soft and strong simultaneously, staying calm while accessing challenging postures. Follow a controlled pace through Sun Salutations leading into a heat-building Skandasana (Side Lunge) sequence with Side Plank variations, then cool down in stretchy poses.
