This inversion class includes a quick warm up and then gets straight into tripod headstand (sirsasana 2) crow to tripod jump-back (bakasana/sirsasana2/vinyasa) peacock (pincha mayurasana) and a few different drills to jump/step or kick into handstand (ardho mukha vrksasana). Headstand (sirsasana) to finish. Please follow with your own cool down routine.
