This deeply intentional class flows through a Vinyasa-style warm-up with Locust, Side Plank, Pyramid, and Plough Pose, then culminates with 11 minutes of Cleansing Breath, a pranayama practice that is a must-learn for every serious practitioner. You’ll finish with a calm mind, feeling centered.
