This slow flow works with unique binding techniques to facilitate a heart-opening practice that speaks to your body, mind, and emotions. Follow a controlled pace through Fish Pose, Warrior II, Low Lunge, Camel, and Reclined Figure Four while developing compassion. Though gentle, this practice can also be slightly challenging.
