Welcome to the sixth class in Kia’s Balance Prana Series! This invigorating class flows through a Vinyasa-style warm-up with standing postures, then gets into a dynamic seated kriya with Breath of Fire before ending in meditation. You’ll enliven your heart, mind, and electromagnetic field to finish feeling ready to move mountains! Kia’s Balance Prana Series aims to bring you to a vibrant and joyous state by balancing your pranic energy (a subtle force that underlies your physical body).
