This class is a little different from your usual mat Pilates series. You’ll hold moves longer while placing extra focus on your breath to stay activated in your entire body. Exercises include Hundred, the ab series, Shoulder Bridge, Teaser, and Push Ups. This class previously aired on August 14, 2023.
