This slow flow features deep hip-opening poses that move your hips in all directions, leading you to sit in stillness with comfort and ease. Follow a controlled pace through Lunges, Triangle, Warrior III, and Standing Splits, followed by a seated twist and Wide-Angle Seated Forward Fold.
