Welcome to the seventh class in Kia’s Balance Prana Series! This class focuses on heart openings and core strengthening, inviting you to lift yourself up to break out old patterns. Practice a root stimulation kriya, heart tapping, arm mudras, Ego Eradicator, and the mantra ONG SO HUNG to shift your perspective and feel sublime. Kia’s Balance Prana Series aims to bring you to a vibrant and joyous state by balancing your pranic energy (a subtle force that underlies your physical body).
