It has what you desire — if you need energy, practice with energizing in mind; if you need to wind down, practice with grounding in mind. Elena calls this sequence “adaptogenic.” You’ll start and end in Child’s Pose, with Malasana (Squat) variations, Warriors, and Sun Salutations in between.
