This powerful class uses your breath to allow you to acknowledge any resistance, then release it. You’ll awaken a blissful state by practicing acceptance. Start with centering breath with guided visualization followed by a seven-minute Breath of Life segment, spinal breathing, and Amrita Pranayama.
